Order Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Refunds for eligible canceled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Prepaid Orders
- Prepaid orders canceled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders can be canceled before shipment.
- Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
